here are the rules. 

no food after 8pm

cut way down on carbs (only one meal can contain carbs, must be whole grain, and never over 1 serving)

one meal a day should involve a lot of raw veggies.

walking at least an hour everyday - will also begin cardio workouts 3-5 days a week once new work schedule begins. 

no take out! Exceptions may include dates, family events, special occasion etc. 

never eat at work. unless completely necessary.
