snacked way to much today. It’s so difficult to work in food service and try to be losing weight at the same time. ugh. New plan is to not eat anything at work - anything I eat I must bring from home.

Thursday

Breakfast - Vanilla coconut yogurt

snack - grapefruit

Lunch - green goddess salad w/quinoa, kale, spinach, peas, oranges, and avocado

Dinner - Baked tofu w/sautéed kale and detox carrot salad

Friday

Breakfast - Vanilla coconut yogurt

snack - grapefruit

Lunch -green goddess salad

Dinner - TBD (probably going to skip or go very light)

Exercise

30 day shred today, tomorrow, and Friday, then a 2 day break, and back at it on Monday.
