meal plan
snacked way to much today. It’s so difficult to work in food service and try to be losing weight at the same time. ugh. New plan is to not eat anything at work - anything I eat I must bring from home.
Thursday
Breakfast - Vanilla coconut yogurt
snack - grapefruit
Lunch - green goddess salad w/quinoa, kale, spinach, peas, oranges, and avocado
Dinner - Baked tofu w/sautéed kale and detox...

ok, goal is to lose 5 pounds by my Christmas party (dec. 17th) and 7-9 by Christmas.
-no processed foods
-no sodium
-only whole grains
-lots of soup
-lots of tea
-lots of coffee
-lots of coconut yogurt
-lots of super foods!
-walking to work everyday

Breakfast
oatmeal with sweet red plums and toasted almonds
Lunch
4 slices of tofurkey, sprouts, hummus, toasted almonds, heirloom tomato slices with salt and pepper
Dinner
risotto with roasted corn and pine nuts, sautéed greens beans with onions and lemon, and pan fried tempeh.

here are the rules.
no food after 8pm
cut way down on carbs (only one meal can contain carbs, must be whole grain, and never over 1 serving)
one meal a day should involve a lot of raw veggies.
walking at least an hour everyday - will also begin cardio workouts 3-5 days a week once new work schedule begins.
no take out! Exceptions may include dates, family events, special occasion etc.
